Dr. Rob fell in love with CrossFit during physical therapy school as a way to get his passion for healthy fitness to the masses. He had a brief competitive CrossFit career, until he felt called to move from New York to Arizona to open CrossFit Sierra Vista, in search of creating a vessel to combine healthcare and fitness into one experience. Outside of CFSV, he works as a school pediatric therapist, outpatient physical therapist at Rainey Pain & Performance, and eats food.

Mike started out with a B.S. in kinesiology prior to time in the Army as an infantry officer. In 2010, Mike started doing CrossFit with his platoon, company and eventually became the trainer for the battalion. Mike continued his career by becoming a Doctor in Physical Therapy in 2017 in hopes of providing the hope and the insight people need to reach their goals. Mike’s true passion now is to use his skills to restore people in every way possible and share the Truth. He would love to share it with you if you just ask.

Ask anyone in her ROTC class in college if she was “fit” and they would have all laughed out loud. She then joined the military which helped her become more fit, but she didn’t really fall in love with fitness until she found variable high intensity training. Although she found fitness, she felt like something was missing and that is where nutrition came in. She chose to make dietary changes and felt the best she had in, well, ever. She knows what a difference in fueling yourself well for life and fitness can make. Nutrition looks different for everyone and she would love to help find what right looks like for you!
Crossfit Level 1, Certified Pre-& Postnatal Coach (CPPC) from Girls Gone Strong
A mom of two girls (5 and 1) who fell in love with CrossFit in 2010. She has been trying to spread the love of fitness since then as she moves around the world with her husband that is in the Military. After the birth of her second child she ran into problems and couldnt find the answers she wanted. She decided to become her own advocate and learn more about pelvic floor health and fitness during pregnancy and the changes that happen postpartum. She leads Fit as a Mother, empowering other women showing them just because their bodies have changed that they can still have their best life. Her true passion resided in the gym helping others achieve goals no matter how small or large.

Matt was born in Hawaii and raised in Northern California. He serves in the U.S. Army and started his fitness journey back in 2013 where he trained to be a powerlifter and strongman. In 2017 he tried CrossFit for the first time and found it to be fun and challenging. He quickly fell in love with the style of training that CrossFit has to offer and the community that it provides. Matt changed his goals and started doing CrossFit every day. Since then he has dramatically increased his Army PT score. Matt currently works at CrossFit Sierra Vista, specializing as our Army Combat Fitness Test coach.
Registered Dietitian, Masters in Nutrition Science
Ineke has always been passionate about exercise and performance. As a four-year NCAA Division I scholarship athlete in college and nationally competitive junior rowing coach she quickly realized proper nutrition was a huge competitive advantage. With limited rowing venues out here in the desert, Ineke decided to try CrossFit and has quickly become hooked!
As an experienced Registered Dietitian, Ineke has worked in various hospital systems across the country, seeing people at their worst, suffering from the end stages of chronic disease. Her strong background in clinical nutrition allows her to provide evidence-based nutrition coaching and medical nutrition therapy for adults as well as pediatrics. Ineke loves helping people improve the quality of their diets and feel confident in their food choices. It is amazing how proper nutrition can change not only how you look, but how you feel and perform.
