Open gym

We have an additional 1200 square feet specifically for those who want to do a little extra, or already have a program they are following and want to workout around like-minded individuals in the CrossFit space. Individual program design options listed below if you have a specific goal and need help.

Personal Training

You have goals. Are you interested in working 1 on 1 with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy or Crossfit Trainers to meet them? Personal training is perfect if you want a more intimate approach to meeting your fitness goals.
